Does it cost more to work with Rob?
Usually not. Builders normally pay Rob through a cooperating commission, and he will show you how it works on your purchase.

Many builders only recognize an agent who is registered with you from the start. Call Rob before you sign in at a show home, so he can represent you.

Province differences
Alberta and BC both require new home warranty coverage on new homes. In BC, presale buyers get a developer disclosure statement and a right to cancel within a set period. Rob will walk you through what applies to your purchase.
Common questions
Can Rob help if I already visited a show home?
Sometimes, but it depends on the builder. Tell Rob where you have registered and he will find out.
Do you only show certain builders?
No. Rob looks at what fits your budget and goals, and tells you if a resale home is the better buy.
